Vulnerability Awareness

Every customer brings their own circumstances, experiences, and challenges to an interaction. While some situations are obvious, others can be hidden, making vulnerability difficult to recognise.

This course helps staff develop a deeper understanding of vulnerability, encourages a more thoughtful and open-minded approach to customer interactions, and builds the confidence to adapt communication and service to meet individual needs.

By developing greater awareness, staff can create more positive outcomes for both the customer and the organisation.
